Hotel Hyatt Ziva Cancun

Chef's Table - Hyatt Ziva Cancun

1981

Chef’s Table is an intimate and elegant dining experience with less than 20 seats available for each event. It’s  a fixed tasting menu, so while it changes from day to day, the food you’ll be tasting is curated by the resort’s top chefs. This is a communal dining experience, and not only will you be able to enjoy delicious world-class food, but you’ll get to enjoy it surrounded by fellow travellers, providing a unique sense of community.

A Unique Chance to Learn about Cooking

The space where this event is hosted is unique - mirrors are placed strategically above the chef’s workspace and stove to give you a full behind-the-scenes look and what it takes to make the food you’ll be eating. You’ll also have the unique opportunity to listen to the chefs describe and explain their dishes and the process behind them. The food at the Hyatt Ziva Cancun is world-class, and the dishes you’ll get to sample on the tasting menu will show you why!
